My name is Dr. Anshuman Singh, and I am a board-certified orthopedic surgeon specializing in the treatment of the shoulder and elbow. I have been practicing in the Kaiser Permanente San Diego Orthopedics Department since 2009. My training began at UC Berkeley (Go, Bears!), continued at UC San Francisco Medical School and then at USC for my orthopedic residency, and it finally ended in 2008 at Harvard University for my shoulder reconstruction fellowship. Specializing in shoulder and elbow care, I have experience treating a wide range of cases and take a conservative and nonsurgical approach wherever possible. When surgery is unavoidable, I navigate each procedure with precision, whether it is an efficient 30-minute shoulder arthroscopy or an intricate 4-hour open shoulder reconstruction. Our practice offers state-of-the-art shoulder replacements, integrating advanced techniques, such as 3-D planning, for optimal surgical outcomes.
