Physician and Surgeon graduated from Francisco Marroquín University with a specialty in Traumatology and Orthopedics. Appointed Chief Resident at the Guatemalan Social Security Institute in 2015. He subsequently sub-specialized in arthroscopic surgery, focusing on sports medicine with a specialization in shoulder and knee surgery, at one of the best universities in Buenos Aires, Argentina. He had the opportunity to work with world-renowned physicians who treat elite, Olympic, and high-performance athletes. In 2018, upon returning from his fellowship, he opened two clinics and a high-tech rehabilitation center in Guatemala City. He has also participated in courses in Chicago, Florida, Mexico, Argentina, and Guatemala, constantly staying up-to-date on the latest trends in his field. Member of the Guatemalan Association of Orthopedics and Traumatology (AGOT), active member of AO Trauma.
